The Rochester Executive Suites conference room provides a professional, convenient meeting space just minutes from West Circle Drive. Located within our 19th Street NW campus, it offers tenants and guests a private, comfortable environment to meet with clients, collaborate with teams, or host interviews.

The room includes seating for 6–8 people, a large table, display screen, whiteboard, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Tenants also have access to the shared kitchenette, deck, break room, and complimentary local coffee and refreshments during meetings.

As part of The Hub Network, tenants can also reserve the downtown Hub on 3rd conference room for added flexibility.

If you’re a tenant, your complimentary monthly conference room hours automatically apply toward the standard $25/hour rate, allowing you to book easily through our online portal.

  • Standard Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

  • After-Hours Access: Available — inquire for details

  • Access: Keyless entry provided after booking

  • Capacity: Seats 8 at the table, with room for 3+ additional chairs
